Probably the most delicate of the berries. Raspberries should be picked into shallow containers. Ripe raspberries will separate easily from the plant. Handle gently and refrigerate immediately. Do not wash until ready to use or process. Use within 3 -4 days.  Our main raspberry variety that we grow is Nova.  It was developed by the University of Minnesota.  We sell them by the pint.  $2.50 if you pick them.  $5.00 per pint if we pick them.
